By creating an account or using Vectis, you agree to these Terms.
1. Vectis Is a Wellness Platform
Vectis is a consumer wellness, nutrition, fitness, recovery, productivity, and lifestyle platform.
Vectis may analyze information you choose to provide or connect, including:

Nothing provided through Vectis should be interpreted as:

6. Supplement Recommendations
Vectis may suggest over-the-counter supplements.
These suggestions are informational wellness recommendations and are not prescriptions.
You are responsible for determining whether a supplement is appropriate for you.
Before using a supplement, consider:

Vectis is not designed for emergencies.
Do not rely on Vectis when you require immediate medical attention.

Vectis may integrate with Apple Health, WHOOP, Oura, grocery services, payment providers, AI providers, and other third parties.
Vectis does not control third-party services.
Their availability and accuracy may change without notice.
Consultations with experts: Vectis lets you book consultations with independent experts and specialists. These experts are independent third parties, not employees or agents of Vectis, and are solely responsible for the services they provide. When you book, you authorize Vectis to share the information needed for that session — which may include a summary of your health, wellness, laboratory, wearable, and (where applicable) genetic data, along with your name and scheduling details — with the expert you select. Vectis does not provide the consultation itself and is not responsible for any advice, service, or outcome from an expert. See our Privacy Policy for how this information is shared.
12. Subscriptions
Some Vectis features may require a paid subscription.
Subscription terms, pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation information will be presented before purchase.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple’s App Store are subject to Apple’s applicable terms and billing procedures.
13. Intellectual Property
Vectis, including its software, branding, user interface, algorithms, content, designs, and technology, is owned by or licensed to Thea.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, scrape, or exploit Vectis except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
14. User Content
You retain rights in information you provide to Vectis.
You grant Thea the rights reasonably necessary to store, process, transmit, analyze, and display your information to provide the Services.
Our handling of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy.
15. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:

- •Attempt unauthorized access
- •Circumvent security
- •Upload malicious code
- •Interfere with the Services
- •Reverse engineer proprietary systems
- •Scrape the Services

16. Availability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
THEA DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES THAT INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH VECTIS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE.
18. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF VECTIS.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thea and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of Vectis, violation of another person’s rights, or violation of applicable law.
20. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Vectis if necessary to protect the Services, users, or our legal interests or if you materially violate these Terms.
You may stop using Vectis at any time.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
22. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The current version will be available through Vectis.
