How We Make Money
Effective date: September 29, 2026

We think it's worth being plain about how Vectis Bio makes money, since that shapes what we recommend and what we don't.
1. Subscriptions
This is our main source of revenue. You pay for access to the app on a recurring basis, and that's what funds the product. Subscription pricing never depends on your scores, your logged data or anything an AI recommends to you.
2. Specialist bookings
When you book a specialist through the app, we keep a portion of that booking fee and pay the rest to the specialist. Specialists set their own rates. We don't get paid more for recommending one specialist over another, and we don't let this influence who is shown to you — specialists are shown by specialty, availability and (for licensed clinicians) whether they're licensed in your state.
3. Referral and affiliate links
Some links in the app — for example a supplement's "Order now" button in the Grocery catalog, or a "Buy a device" link for a wearable — go to a partner store. We may earn a commission if you buy through one of those links, at no extra cost to you. We label these links where they appear.
This never changes what we recommend: our AI is instructed to base suggestions on your logged data and goals, not on which item pays a commission, and it's required to disclose the commission whenever it shares a link that has one.
4. What we don't do
- •We do not sell your personal or health data, to anyone, ever.
- •We do not run ads in the app, and we do not use advertising trackers or pixels.
- •We do not accept payment from a specialist, brand or manufacturer in exchange for a better placement or recommendation.
